From San Francisco, Berkeley, Richmond, San Pablo, Hercules:

Take the 580 Freeway East (toward Hayward). Go past the 980 to Grand Avenue/Lakeshore Drive exit. This exit is just past Harrison. At the light at the bottom of the off-ramp, turn right onto Grand Avenue.

From Hayward, Newark, Fremont, Castro Valley, Pleasanton:

Take the 580 Freeway West (toward Oakland). Exit Grand Avenue. This exit is just past Lakeshore Avenue. At the light at the bottom of the off-ramp, turn right onto Grand Avenue.

Once you are on Grand Avenue:

Go three lights to the corner of Staten and Grand. The building will be on the left-hand side with a green awning with the 401 address on it. There is metered parking on Grand and Staten. If you are going to Suite 200, you will exit the elevator to your right and go to the first door on the left. If you are going to Suite 500, you will exit the elevator and see the receptionist at the window.

If you are taking BART and/or AC Transit:

On Bart, exit the 19 th Street Station and catch either the #58 or #12 that depart from the southeast corner of 19 th and Broadway.

Both the #58 and #12 AC Transit busses travel down Grand Avenue. You will need to exit the bus at the corner of Grand and Staten.
